About the Journal

The FinnRebus Quarterly is an online double-blind peer-reviewed quarterly journal of law, economy, and development. It intends to provide an online, open-access platform, for academicians, policy framers, and researchers to share their thoughtful research works. The FinnRebus accepts original research works conducted through theoretical, empirical as well as mixed methods highlighting the relationship between law, legal system (national or international); economy (national/international); economic growth, and the developments in national/international trade or finance, etc.

 

How to Submit Manuscript

1. The research work submitted for publication should be under the following category-

     (a) Article- 4000 to 8000 words (excluding the references);

     (b) Essay- 3000 to 4000 words (excluding the references);

      (c) Case Comments- 2000-3000 words (excluding the references).

 

2. Any research work having more than a 10% similarity index shall be rejected mechanically.

 

3. The work should be written in English. The body of the manuscript should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 12, and 1.5-line spacing. Authors would require to follow the APA Uniform Citation methods. The APA in-text citations include the author’s last name, publication date, and, if relevant, a locator such as a page number or timestamp. 4. The work should have proper pagination, tables, references, etc.

 

5. Articles and Essays must be accompanied by an ‘abstract’ of 200-300 words. The abstract must expressly include the novelty and usefulness of the idea that the author wishes to put forth and must categorically mention the specific contribution of the article beyond the existing available literature.

 

6. Every research work submitted for publication should have at least 5-10 keywords.

 

7. Long Quotations are discouraged.

 

8. The copyright in all works published in the FinnRebus volume shall vest in the owner of the Journal. The Contributor has to cover the risk of being sued for copyright infringements including defamation or contempt and shall be liable to suffer the losses if caused by violating copyright. After acceptance of the manuscript for publication, the author shall be required to submit a duly filled ‘copyright transfer form’.

 

9. Co-authorship is allowed up to two (02) co-authors only.

 

10. The manuscript should not contain any references to the identity of the author/s.

 

11. All research work, including editorial information, should email to support@finnrebus.com only, and the same need to be captioned as “Article/Essay/Case Comment]”.

 

Publication at FinnRebus is absolutely free. At no stage, any fee including publication charge, etc. will be raised. Since this is going to be the maiden volume of the FinnRebus, the ISSN Number will be allotted at a later stage, subject to the issuance of the ISSN Number by the appropriate Authority.

 

12. The first page of manuscripts should contain the following information:

    (a)  the ‘TITLE’ of the work;

    (b) the ‘Name(s)’ and ‘Affiliation(s)’ of the author(s);

    (c) the ‘Address’ for editorial correspondence, including phone/mobile number, and an e-mail address.

    (d) Declaration to the following effect

            “I/We [Name of the First Author] confirm that I/We have read, understand, and agreed to the submission manuscript submission guidelines

             and policies of the journal. I/We hereby declare that: -

              1. the manuscript is the authors' original work, and works of others borrowed in the manuscript are duly acknowledged;

              2. the manuscript has neither been published nor under consideration for publication elsewhere.

              3. that authors of the manuscript have no conflict of interests to declare;

              4. the manuscript shall not be submitted for publication elsewhere till the decision is made by journal editors;

              5. no request for withdrawal of paper shall be made after communication of its acceptance is made;

              6. the submission of false or incorrect information/undertaking would invite appropriate legal actions.
